Board of Directors

The United Way Board of Directors is comprised of local volunteers who direct the actions of the United Way staff and the following volunteer committees:

  • Executive Committee
  • Nominating Committee
  • Citizens Review Committee
  • Finance Committee
  • Adhoc Committee

On an annual basis, the President of the Board is required to appoint a Campaign Chairperson who serves for a one year term on the Board.

To preserve the integrity of the funding process and per the bylaws of the United Way of St. Clair County, the United Way of St. Clair County Board of Directors and members of the Citizens Review Committee may not serve on the board of any funded agency  nor be employed by any funded agency.
