Executive Director
Rick Garcia has worked over 17 years of experience with nonprofits; 14 of those within the United Way system.  In 2007 he began United Way of St. Clair County.

Richard Cummings
Campaign Director
Richard started his United Way experience at Michigan Association of United Ways (MAUW) after working at Mueller Brass for several years.  After serving as the Labor Participation Chair for 26 year he became an employee in 1996.   Since that time, he has assisted in several capacities of the organization.

Cathy Gaber
Finance Director
Cathy began working for United Way in 2003.  Prior to United Way, she was a Payroll Accountant.  She expanded her education in accounting, while working for United Way, to become the Finance Director.  She also works directly with the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP).

Charles O’Boyle
Labor Representative
Charlie, after moving up within the corporation, retired from Chrysler and began United Way in 2006.  He is the Information and Referral Specialist.  As a Labor Representative he campaigns labor companies within the County.

Susan Sealy
Administrative Assistant
Susan has experience in office management and customer service.  In 2004, she accepted the Administrative Assistant position at United Way.  Her primary functions include working with the United Way Medical Loan Closet, assisting the Board of Directors, and running the office.

Julie Ganhs
Program Coordinator
Julie graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in BA majoring in Office Systems Administration.  She began working for United Way in 2004.  She works with the Citizens Review Committee, Agencies and Campaign.
