ELIGIBILITY: Children, adults and their families
APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Referrals are received by the
Clinic from many sources, such as schools, clergy,
physicians, area hospitals, and other social agencies.
The majority of referrals come directly from families
or the individuals themselves. In the case of children,
the referral should be finalized by the parents, or
the child's legal guardian. All that is involved in
making the referral is simply to contact the Clinic
in person or by phone. Contact Central Intake office

CAN HELP BE IMMEDIATE: In all cases where there is
an emergency situation, the individual will be given
immediate attention. Agency clinicians on-call 24
hours a day.
