ELIGIBILITY: All residents of St. Clair County, whether
single or married, will be helped regardless of age,
race or religion.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE: The individual can telephone
or walk-in for services. Referrals are accepted by
the client, a family member, friend, community agency
or professional person.

in the community.
PROGRAM/SERVICES DESCRIPTION:
Blue Water Pregnancy Care Center makes available to
women a free and reliable pregnancy test with strict
confidentiality. We are responding to the needs of women
who find themselves with unplanned, problematic, and/or
crisis pregnancies. Our program offers variable alternatives
to abortion, based upon the belief that life is a gift
from God and should be highly valued.
We provide care and support for men and women individually.
We can give referrals regarding medical care, financial
assistance, legal aid, and community resources.
Adoption referral is one of our alternative services,
both to women wishing to place a child into a permanent
Christian Family and to couples interested in welcoming
into their families, children who need this security.
Our educational program is designed to provide positive
informational services and resources to families, schools,
churches, and civic organizations.
