PROGRAM/SERVICES DESCRIPTION: IMPACT provides community based residential services
to adults who are developmental disabled and mentally ill. The services are
designed to improve the quality of life, further personal growth improve
functional skills, promote consumer empowerment and enrich the lives of the
people we serve.
