FEES: Fees charged for substance abuse is on a sliding
fee scale based on the client’s ability to pay.
Most insurances are accepted for mental health services.
Co-pays are subsidized by United Way based on the
client’s ability to pay. The eap costs are covered
by contracts with participating employers. Prevention
programs have variable fees. Parenting and anger management
groups are free.
ELIGIBILITY: Services are available to all ages in
St. Clair County and surrounding counties.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Telephone contact will initiate
service.

PROGRAM/SERVICES DESCRIPTION:
- Substance Abuse Counseling includes comprehensive
outpatient counseling programs, individual,
group and family. Training
services to community groups and community organizations.
- Mental Health Counseling includes comprehensive
outpatient counseling services, individual, group,
and family.
- Prevention Education includes research based prevention
programs in a variety of areas including substance
abuse, anger management, bullying, parenting, and
conflict
resolution.
- Employee Assistance Program includes help in identifying,
assessing and referring employees whose personal
problems are interfering with job performance.
